Universal equality is the hallmark of a truly civilized society. There is absolutely no justification for a civilized society to exclude any member of their social structure from any opportunity/resource it has available. If I were president, every individual within the confines of my country would have unlimited, unrestricted access to any/all resources/opportunities available, so long as they choose to contribute to the society in a productive & positive manner. Period!
